Our Story

Enzyme was born from a simple tension: the world is complex, but business often tries to flatten that complexity into straight lines. As a biologist turned strategist, I saw that supply chains, guest experiences, and ecological systems are alive — dynamic, shifting, and interdependent.

They demand more than checklists; they require a systems lens.
 

From global procurement at Accor to keynoting at tech conferences, from Michelin-starred kitchens to regenerative island projects, I’ve learned that change spreads best through the everyday infrastructures that touch millions: food, tourism, and hospitality. By blending STEM rigour, systems-thinking, project management discipline, and deep human relationships, Enzyme moves fluidly between boardrooms, farms, and resorts.

Our work connects ambition to delivery, innovation to market, and sustainability to long-term value. At its heart, Enzyme is about designing solutions that adapt to place and context — and crafting experiences that inspire people while shifting systems.

My name is Andrew Cameron

Andrew Cameron is a systems integrator with two decades of experience across F&B, hospitality, procurement, and sustainability. He has led global initiatives, advised boards, and supported launching the hospitality tech summit, InnTech.
